How does the installation actually work?
After you book a consultation, we set up a 15-minute screen-share call. On that call, we install EasyAgents on your computer together — it takes about two minutes. By the time the call ends, your first agent is already running. There's no waitlist and no 'we'll get back to you in two weeks.' Same-day setup, every time. Once it's installed, EasyAgents lives on your computer; you don't sign in to a website to use it — you just open the app like any other application on your machine.
Is my data private?
Yes. EasyAgents runs on your computer — your platform logins, browser sessions, drafts, and chats stay on your machine. We don't collect them, and we don't have a server they could upload to. The free consultation we host is the only point we collect anything from you (your name, email, and what you'd like to automate).
What does it cost?
Today, EasyAgents is free for individuals and small businesses while we're still in our launch phase. We may introduce paid tiers later for advanced features (like custom-built agents or priority support), but you'll always be told before that happens, and the consultation itself is always free.
What platforms does it work with?
Out of the box: Kijiji, Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Groups, Craigslist, Instagram, and TikTok. The agent posts ads, picks the right category, fills the forms, schedules reposts, and so on. If your workflow needs something else, we add it during your consultation.
What if my workflow isn't on that list?
That's exactly what the free consultation is for. EasyAgents is built so we can teach a new agent a new workflow — replying to leads, syncing inventory, sending invoices, anything you do on a computer. We'll tell you honestly on the call whether it's a fit.
